2. Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are based on mileage, route and vehicle type; tolls/parking/congestion/airport charges may be added where applicable.
- Fixed fares are valid for reasonable routes and normal traffic; material route/time changes may require requoting.
3. Bookings & changes
- A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation (e.g., WhatsApp/email) and/or payment is taken if required.
- Please notify changes (times, addresses, passenger/luggage count) as early as possible; acceptance is subject to availability and may alter the fare.
4. Cancellations & no-shows
- Local rides: free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup unless otherwise stated.
- Airport/long-distance: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup unless otherwise stated.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the fare and any parking/waiting already incurred.
5. Waiting time
- Local pickups include 5 minutes free waiting; airport pickups include 45 minutes from landing if flight details were provided.
- Additional waiting/parking is charged at the operator’s rate.
6. Vehicle capacity & luggage
- Saloon: up to 4 passengers, 2 luggage • Estate: 4 passengers, 3 luggage • MPV: 6 passengers, 4 luggage • Executive: 3 passengers, 2 luggage • MPV Plus: 7–8 passengers, extra luggage.
- Oversized/special items must be disclosed in advance (e.g., prams, sports equipment). Drivers may refuse unsafe loads.
7. Conduct & safety
- No smoking, vaping or illegal substances in vehicles. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- Child seats available on request where possible; responsibility for correct fitting remains with the guardian/parent.
8. Payments & receipts
- Payment methods accepted will be confirmed during booking (cash, card, bank transfer, account).
- Invoices/receipts are issued electronically upon request or automatically for account customers.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., missed flights) arising from factors beyond reasonable control (traffic incidents, extreme weather, road closures).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific journey giving rise to the claim.
10. Lost property
We will assist in tracing items left in vehicles; storage and delivery may incur charges.
11. Complaints

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
